Lifebar publishes five to six health briefings a day across nutrition, sleep, movement, mental health and longevity. Every story starts from published research or guidance from bodies like the NIH, WHO and NHS, and links out so you can read the source yourself.
How we write
We name the study design and sample size when we cite research, we say when evidence is thin, and we do not sell supplements, programs or devices. When we get something wrong we correct the story and date the correction at the top.
How we check facts
Numbers come from primary sources: USDA FoodData Central for nutrient values, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements for intakes and upper limits, and the original papers on PubMed for study findings. Every source is listed at the bottom of the article. Lifebar is not reviewed by a clinician, so treat it as a starting point for a conversation with yours.
Corrections and updates
Articles carry a published date and, where relevant, an updated date. When new evidence changes a conclusion we revise the story and move the update date, rather than quietly editing in place.
What this is not
Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a clinician who knows your history before changing medication, supplements or a treatment plan.
